Rentals

The Gillam-Grant Community Center offers affordable room rentals for all occasions, whether it be: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties, Showers, Graduations, Meetings, or Small Weddings! Our facilities at the Gillam-Grant include a large Dining Room / Activity Room, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms, and an Outdoor Pavilion. Prices will vary based on individual needs and requirements.

Rental Prices

Rental Area Rental Fee: Security Deposit:
Pavilion $50 $50
Kitchen or Hall Only $200 $50
Hall and Kitchen $250 $50

Additional Terms: Security Deposits are required at the time of reservation. All weekend tent rentals must be picked up the Friday before the rental and dropped off the Monday after, between 9am-4pm. The renter is responsible for pick up, set up, tear down and return of tent parts. All rentals require a signed rental agreement form that is available by calling the GGCC Office. Rentals are subject to availability depending on date, time, events, and previous registrations.


Facilities

Outdoor Facilities
We have many wonderful outdoor facilities available to the general public free of charge. In addition, they can also be rented for groups or events. Our outdoor facilities are open year-round, from dawn to dusk. Children under 10 need to be supervised by an adult when using our facilities.

  • Pavilion

Indoor Facilities
We also have many excellent facilities inside our center for our daily programs but are also available for rent.

Bergen Family Medicine

On the Gillam Grant Community Center’s campus, we host the offices for Bergen Family Medicine. Bergen Family Medicine is part of Rochester Regional Health at United Memorial. For more information please visit, https://www.rochesterregional.org/.
